Your Cape Mac Customer Care card is your key to a great Mac experience. The Customer Care program helps you get the most out of your new computer. From setup to training to support Cape Mac is there for you.

Cost:
Your Customer Care card is free when you purchase a new Mac along with the AppleCare Protection and iWork. If you prefer not to purchase AppleCare and iWork, you can buy the card for just $100.

Customer Care cards are valid for one year, and can be used for support and training services at any Cape Mac location. The benefits of the Customer Care card are designed to complement and extend the AppleCare Protection Program to provide comprehensive support for your Mac. Below is an outline of those benefits.
